We undertake annual maintenance contracts (AMCs) with service level commitment (SLAs) for projects executed by us as well as those installed by others. In the latter case, the support site is studied thoroughly before commitments are made to ensure our clients the best possible service. With the Annual Maintenance Contract, IRIS takes responsibility to maintain the system by providing maintenance services including repairing spares. Customers keeps spares / arrange nonrepairable spares under noncomprehensive AMC.
